Condo faces the slope, ski right to and from the door! Mountain view. Ground floor door is 25 feet from the groomed slope. Fully furnished, full kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, washer & dryer, 26" color TV, cable with HBO, Stereo, VCR, fold out Castro Convertible couch. Cozy, clean apartment style condo, 531 Sq-Ft. has full bath, bedroom (with huge closet) and living room & kitchen. Living room has view of the slope/mountaintop. This is a 4 room unit.  Sleeps 4 comfortably and maximum 5. Large parking lot is 150 feet from the unit. There is also a fold-up cot in the utility room.

2 1/2 hours drive from Manhattan. About 15 minute walk from bus stop and shopping. Mature, responsible, clean adults only, no rowdies, no partiers,  and:
NO SMOKING. Deposit required.  There is a shul in town.

Rates:
I prefer to rent for the whole season, but failing that, I rent out monthly or weekly or daily. Call for current rates. As of 2010/11 full season rental is $3900

Summer rental: July & August are $1200 per month or $$2100 for both July and August. (A week in June and Sept are included).
